Your words are cold and hurtful. But your music is warm and soothing. Thank you for writing "We All Play the Game" for the many Illinois fans in mourning. Your lyrics ring just as true today as they did that fateful night that Luther Head could not hit to save his life and James Augustine had 5 ridiculous touch-fouls.

The secret is none other than a simple TENNIS BALL! I don't have the exact wording, but pretty much you sit on a tennis ball to try to massage whatever muscle is bothering you.

I don't know if it will help, but it's all I can offer.
